Sapahn Kwai is interesting to me, because I can speak Thai and it's a novelty to be a Falahng hanging out there 
It's on Suttisan Road, West of Pahon Yothin road, It's called Sapahn Kwai because that is the name of the intersection where Suttisan and Pahon Yothin cross
If you're looking for something new or different from NEP/SC/PP, then Sapahn Kwai probably isn't it 
they automatically charge you for calling the girls over to chat, it's ony 80 Baht for the first 45 minutes, but if she's a total dud then you just wasted 80b
