Stickman mentioned in his column a couple of weeks ago that Pretty Lady has some "strategically placed" mirrors. I had not been there in a very long time so I decided to check it out. I sat by the stage and looked around but didn't see anything unusual with the mirrors. The girls were ok, but I was wondering why they were wearing short skirts that didn't seem to reveal much.
Then I put two and two together and looked down. Hint: Look down.   
Well, this made things more interesting, so I decided to stick around awhile. The girls in here are better looking than in a lot of the other bars in NEP, and some of them are really fun and playful.
I stopped in again a few days later, and this time the selection was even better. (It was later in the week and earlier in the evening than when I had gone in before.) I ended up barfining a girl this time. I initially called her over because she was acting kind of wild, and I thought she would at least be fun to have a drink with. After talking with her a while I thought that she might be fun back in the room too, and I turned out to be right. Not the youngest or most beautiful dancer around, but a really nice and fun girl.
Anyway, Pretty Lady is definitely worth a visit. The girls in here are a lot of fun and a very nice change of pace from what you find in most of the other NEP bars. (I do agree with the complaint about the male waiters though - what's up with that?  )

The male waiters are alright imo. They're noticeably more polite than the average surly unattractive waitresses found in other bars. Certainly they're better than the fat/old/ugly ones who shamelessly whine for tips. If they're the price to pay for a bit more freedom on dancer-garb and lower drink prices then I'm paying it!

PL is top of the notch for late dancer/patron interaction. They let you do *many* things... Just make sure you choose the dancelfloor bar stools and pay'em a LD

Is this an okay place?
I've been here couple of times and found some of the girls looking perilously young. Chose to be safer than sorry, and don't go there again although I admit the ladies are indeed terrific and playful and can lift the spirits -- besides of course other things.... Any inputs anyone ? Thanks.
