I have found several bars that did not condone open action on the premises have become more relaxed.
Basic economics I guess - things have been quiet according to various P4P girls I talk to.

I like to play in Toy bar every visit. I have to say though, that the 'cuteness" of the girls is greatly dependant upon my alcohol consumption. I have played with the same girl several times and on my last visit I was relatively sober and she walked outside with me to convince me to stay.
