Prices seem to be set by the influence of Big Dogs. It's bt2000, and no negotiation. The best negotiation I could get was a few girls meeting me at one of the street restaurants after the bar closed to save me from paying the bar fine. Then it was still bt2000, but they never left until 2:00pm.

If I have any complaints at all about the bar itself, it is that the support column at the front tends to interfere with the street view if you are not sitting at the very front counter.
I'd knock it out for ya mate but there is a fair chance the whole place will come down with it.
