Like em or hate em,they are one of the very few Thai acts that can sell outside the country.
The product sells,and in this day and age of music thats a rarity.

- my votes for Palmy !!! - dont know if she's a comeback hippy or what, but just seems to do her own thing, as you can guess, Im easily pleased - dont know who the TG singer at Coleseum is, not the tubby luk -krung, the TOTAL hardbody, who cant sing that well, but man, worth going just to look !! - make that im VERY easily pleased !

I think Palmy is the first Thai act to create a bit of a stir in ages,i think she has a lot to offer.
The problem is she has a bit of an ego(dont we all!)and cant understand why she hasnt become rich overnight.

Hey Fanta,i like bazoo(R.S.)as to China Dolls(Grammy),i think they have a little bit more in terms of originality,even though as said before they blatently rip of our Dance tunes.Western law allows sampling in a song of up to 7 notes,in Thailand there is no copywrite law.At the moment the big companies are trying to remidy this,good luck to them
The problem is there is no incentive to write songs here.
Songwriters are paid as little as 5000 Baht,the powers that be think this is good buisiness sense.
As long as this is the case,the endless merry go round of bland music will come out from the main players.
Are any of you into Mulam?(isaan Dance).
I think its great,its sort of like Thai rap and has enormous potential.
