I'm not saying a gal cannot be had for 1,000 LT, but it's not wise for newbies to read that and expect it to be "the norm".
I'm more than happy with an "8.5" that hasn't just finished servicing 3 customers to expect 2 or 2.5K, LT.

Out of interest, does that apply here? By which I mean: back home, I associate cheap hookers as having many clients a day, while expensive escorts maybe have only a few clients a week. But here, isn't the reverse the case? The hotties are getting all the clients, the cheaper, less attractive ones, fewer.
As a rule of thumb, I mean.

A few factors which might help:
- speak Thai and be outgoing
- look (and act) pathetic (I do a pretty good job in that 555!)
- be lucky to run into girls who still have a couple of barfines to fill in their quota (Even if they don't get paid, they don't get cut for the amount of 500 baht per night)
- don't be picky (Don't go for the best looking girls, it won't work).
Actually, the girl I paid 500LT for the first night only (on top of the barfine) is a 'porn star' and puts quite a couple of Pattaya Soi 6 girls to shame. She went with me to Pattaya for 6 days and only wanted me to pay for her barfine (5 nights). Of course, I paid for for hotel and food, but miscellaneous things were paid for by herself.

oh com on guys even last trip I had st for 500baht in Pattaya who wanted to stay long time for that amount. unfortunately the wife dont go for that.
Of course the greedy bitches 1,5 or ask 2 st in bkk I just walk away. Max I give is1k = taxi and tip so 1.5 max
fuk I can get st here in europe for 2 k why fly half way round the world if I want to get robbed I can order an escort down the road.

Sorry, wasn't completely clear: what I meant was, can you infer from price whether a girl here is servicing several men a day or not. Comparing, say, a go go girl with a street or bar freelancer.

No, you cannot infer this from the price. I have found no statistical relationship between high/low price and busy/not busy.
