Toy bar on soi 22 is owned by the original "Toi" who had the bar on Cowboy for years...
In the early 90's I used to go to the cowboy one regularly and flirt with the 16 year old bartender who is his daughter ...
About two years ago I went into the one bar on soi 22 .. the bartender looked so familiar and finally I remembered and told her .. she thought it was funny, but in less than five minutes Toi shows up (jungle drums??) .. he then took me to his other bar "Tina" which is located in the small soi area a few doors down (there are about six businesses in there)...
tina is a go/go bar, but well worth missing .. been there three times and not impressed at all .. a bit of groping to be had therre as it is darker.. Toy on soi 22 is small and not a grope bar at all.
Toi no longer owns Toy Bar on Cowboy ..
