Late November in Carousel was awesome dude. Plenty of fine ladies, good atmosphere, fine dancing... outshone all bars in NEP and Cowboy.

Easier to say bottom/middle/top, since the Brits and Yanks can't agree anyhow.
Cascade is on the top floor to the right of the back stairs as you view it from the NEP entrance.
Casanova is on the middle fllor to the left of the back stairs as you view it from the NEP entrance.
