LIke a lot of guys, I have found a few waitresses to bar fine. Often they are inexperienced girls deciding if they want to dance etc. and sometimes girls who look good dressed but have stretchmarks or something they think will make them unappealing. I have only barfined a couple of waitresses but first one was absolutely hot stuff, just a bid timid. Second one had a stretch mark or two but could suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

So far I barfined 5 waitresses:
1) voodoo : total starfish, waste of time and money
2) carrousel : a very young little and cute girl who would not go LT saying she has to go to school the following day. Took this one twice ST and had a great time both time. This one is now a dancer in another bar in NEP.
3) Electric blue (patpong) : an older (29YO) waitresse, not so pretty face but who once naked had a body far nicer than most dancer, keeped her LT and had a real good time!
4) Bamboo bar : barfined one of the serving girl 3 times, good time each time, 4th time she managed so that I did not have to pay barfine!
5) another one from SC, nice little girl from Khorat, it was an OK experience but she decided to go after ST saying with a smile she was scared to die if I f***ed her again 
So as you can see waitresses are mostly good experiences (IMHO: better than dancers who most of the time end to be greedy starfish...). You just have to take your time and do the right selection.

Thinking back, I have taken a few:
Hollywood (top floor NEP), 2 yrs ago, took a girl I called MidgetWaitressCutie. Fun, a little clingy, kept telling me she loved me. Doesn't go with customers too much, I think. Still works there, I think.
Sheba, ShebaWaitressCutie#1, very cute face, perfect body, rocking good f***, took her about 4 or 5 times. Said she was too shy to dance. Haven't seen her for about a year, she's still in my phone though, but I can't figure out which one she is!! (There are 4 girls with the same name in my phone and I forgot to differentiate them!)
Sheba, ShebaWaitressCutie#2, went to movie and a screw, then she pulled the "gotta go help friend" trick (LT into ST). No problem, OK screw, great body, adorable face, she would have been a starfish if I would have let her. 
KhmerCutie, used to dance in NEP, but now she is service at another NEP bar, talked to her last trip after not seeing her for a year, she said she was too lazy to dance. Went to see her a second time, to possibly barfine her and she was dressed, waiting for a customer. She smokes now, so she's back off the list.
Suzy Wong, I have gone with a girl that alternates between dancing and service, depending on ???
G-Spot, wanted to go with the cutest waitress named Poo. She said she was too shy to dance. Talked to her a few times on visits and when I asked her if she went with customer, she said yes. I asked her ST or LT, she said "LT 4000, OK?" Uh, no. This answer means she wants ST, I declined to pursue it. Last visit to G-Spot, she was dancing. Perfect body. So much for being shy.

Actually the Vodoo service girls look nicer than most of the dancers there. And there are ladyboys dancing as well :- (

Have barfined two waitresses in Dollhouse -cowboy- one in Sheba who used to dance- one last night Pattaya bar can't remember the name, one Joy bar cowboy who left a while back- real looker but after a while became a nuisance ie nasty sms messages if she saw me with someone else etc.
The first Dollhouse girl was an animal in the sack but hassled me to take her again for about 6 months.
