Actually I was interested in time of day. Probably the same as other gogos in PP - around 8ish. But curious if maybe they opened earlier with a Happy Hour until the dancing starts.

In answer to my own question, they appear to have girls on stage at 7PM. Not much talent that I saw though. But tastes vary so maybe you shouldn't listen to me. And I left pretty quickly, maybe better crew showed up later.

Very inconsistent... one night there will be a couple of keepers and another night, zip... not the result of barfining early (I checked).
They do the "buy + toss the pingpong ball" thing here, to try to stir up interest but it's been quiet every time I have ducked in there. Even 59b beer does not seem to be pulling the punters in.
Good layout... just need to upgrade the dancers.

Great range of little lassies in Electric Blue last evening. Mamasan Gop was very helpful and overall the bar had a nice atmosphere. The ping pong balls were not very popular...good thing too as one never knows where they have been.
Oldtimer ended up bar fining Surin lassie instead of an Udon Thani dek serve. But as is the fashion in go-gos these days, she didn't want to spend the night...said that she had to meet sister later...oh dear what an old story. Since Oldtimer apparently proved to be quite jai dee, she will be happy to spend the night next time...if there is a next time.
The bar may have in error added an extra lady drink to the account, but since it was late Oldtimer didn't dispute it.
Would Oldtimer drop into Electic Blue again? Could be after a decent slice of paté and a bottle of wine at the nearby Le Boucheron. The place doesn't pretend to be other than a real classic go-go bar...which should be sooner or later turned into a museum to preserve it given the anti night life direction of the local government.
