Relaxing or testing of the rules seem to have started already. Last night in Q bar the cops came at approx 1.40 AM. Before that the bar was still open and the music playing. New manager (ex 87) states that they are trying to get back to 02.00 soon. Who knows?

SC last night, lights outside off at 1 am. However, dancing at the larger bars continued until 2am. Police appeared around 1 am but drove as fast as they could through the soi. Enforcement seems non existant.
