NiceGuy, I couldn't (and wouldn't) remember her name. Short, round face, maybe mid 20s, bubbly at the pool table and until... we closed the door of my room (at GP). Other staff/FLs present didn't look much fun. Should've figured it out before committing, barfining, etc. Just one of those nights! But I do avoid the place now.

Had quite the opposite experience at Genesis with a couple of my friends. We went there we got loaded on long islands and barfined 3 girls. It seems the girls rarely get barfined. Now we get freebies everyday. Bad part is none of the three girls leave us alone...
One of my friends has been here for two weeks and has taken 7 tbgs and not paid anything but the barfine. Truely amazing for a newbie's first trip.

As I live very close to Genesis and popped in regularly, I decided to cross the threshold from a drinking-only customer to one that bar-fined them. In all, I went out with 5 different girls, including 2 at once. I went out with the pair several times. Here's what I learned and experienced.
In general, the girls do not get barfined very much due to the 1000 baht price (3000 on Friday and Saturday nights). They make a salary of 7,000 baht a month, plus 40 baht for every drink they sell and 300 baht out of the barfine price. Once barfined, I didn't pay any additional costs except when we went to another place. None asked me for any money straight away. However, there also wasn't much action from most of the women.
With 2 of the 5, there was no action at all. With the pair, I had a little playing around and a double HJ, but that's it. Only one of them wanted to f*** me silly (and she did).
Before I barfined any of them, most of the girls didn't approach me when I came in, because they knew I would rather chat than drink and I wasn't much use to them. This changed when I started barfining them, but once out the door the starfish attitude ensued.
I will still stop by for a drink every now and then because I know many of the girls and like to practice my Thai, but in general its not a good place to go if you want to get laid. If all you want to do is watch a lot of gorgeous women and chat, this is a good place to go.

Honestly, are you surprised after your review "but in general its not a good place to go if you want to get laid" 
Plus, around the corner from Qbar, which is a sure thing - seriously, I walked by this place many times going from/to Qbar, but never really felt the need to go in. Maybe I'll check it out next time, if they serve food in there.

I was there last week. Nothing to write home about. Very loud music. Little ambience. Expensive drinks. I won't go back, despite living 50metres from it.
