I was in BKK two weeks ago and looking forward to a few games at Brunswick. I agree the tables were in great shape and a nice relaxing atmosphere.
Alas, it was closed and looked like it had been that way for a while.
Renovations perhaps?

According to the latest Stickman column, it's been closed for good. I think they are turning the space into something else...can't remember.

Best place to play pool in town is Ball in Hand soi 4, Rajah complex. Professional tables and fun staff. Great room. Then after pool meander upstairs for a drink at Sin.

THe Players sukhumvit between soi 14 and The Sheraton hotel has just opened 7 tables brunswick and soverign, sexy girls, chess..backgammon its a cool place very laid back and nice atmosphere, l like it.

If u want good pool in Bangkok u can go to these bars
Ball in Hand soi 4
Ball in Hand times Sq
The Players between soi 14 and The Sheraton hotel
also a new place somewhere in RCA but its to far for me the guys running the abouve mentioned bars are friendly helpful and easy going, Henning, alan, Steve, Risto.
