While I have never been a frequent patron of the go-go bars, I have often in the past used the services of escort agencies where I only officially had to pay the first night. As others have said, if you treat them nice and they like you, good things can happen.
And for the record I am not some young stud. It really is all in how you treat them. And I have found it makes no difference where you are. I have gotten freebies to varying degrees from working girls all over the world. I will normally still offer to pay, but in some cases they have refused all but a token amount.
Part of my success is based upon the fact that there are so many guys who treat these girls so badly. She may be a working girl, but she still has her pride and know when she is being abused.

Perhaps abused is not quite the right word. Disrespected may be a better word, although that is also not quite correct.
I guess it boils down to treating her as a person, not just a receptacle in which you want to make a quick deposit. If you do the little things to make her feel like you are trying to please her as much as yourself, they do notice. It is hard to define what being nice really is when dealing with a working girl, but when you do it right, it certainly makes a difference.

I have also received some freebies following the first time or two, and it's because I treat them well and give many compliments. Plus, I think they appreciate that I have learned a few thousand words of Thai.
The down side of that is that it's difficult to say "no" and move on to someone else. I'm a butterfly until convinced otherwise. The nicer I am to them, the tougher it is to ask them to leave. It is a very useful skill to appear as a quite "busy person" to them, and some are quite happy to be on the recipient end of whatever valuable time you can spare for sanook.

Oh how true Bub, I have the same problem.. too many times after 2 or 3 days when you try and explain that you want to move on... then the tears and the crying and the 'What I do wrong'
