You are right that a lot of people seem to be gullible enought to trust those indian guy.
This morning again I saw the same one at work on a tourist, writing numbers on a piece of paper and pretending to do calculations. Funny detail : an older indian lady saw I was looking the scene with a disaproving look, so she just looked at me in the eyes and put her hands in the air like like to say "hey what can I do, I m Indian to but dont blame me for those scam-artists!"

This person is a con-artist.
If you see this person,
kindly call the police - 191
and paste them on the walls of the building, lamp post, rubbish bin, in the areas where they operate. That should scare them off.

I never really got the idea about Gulliviers,
THe girls seem to all huddle together in groups never really looking at the guys,
And I never really know at Guliviers which girls are "working" as I know some are there more to be pool sharks

I agree, Gullivers has never really worked for me in terms of girls. I like the much more obvious overtures of the Beergarden soi 7 girls.
That said, the food isn't bad at Gullivers, and the music is low enough to have a conversation. A good choice to meet up with a friend.
