Last week Soi 19 place was closed. We were told that they would reopen a 03.00 AM. They did not. Yesterday, after coming from Cowboy at 04.00, they were also closed.

I guess they are talking about upstairs midnight bar. also the is one restaurant/bar on soi 21, walk towards sukhumvit from the old dutch. the name has something to do with a ship, can't remember exactly. the owner seems to be police or is at least well connected. music, big screen loads of girls good food. seems to open all night, I think I still have an open bottle of jack there.

The restaurant you mention is on soi 23. Has to be 'Love Scene'. Indeed the owner is well connected with certain police officers. They are allowed to be open since they are operating on a 'food license' which is not considered to be a bar. Previously this was a bar and therefor less visible after 2.00 AM. Latest update on Soi 19. This weekend they were open again and the party was in full swing until I left at 08.00 AM and still going strong. On Soi Cowboy......, no not above Midnight. You will find it when wandering in the Soi at 02.30 AM>

soi 19 is shutting every night at 02:00 am and reopening again after the police is gone at aboiut 03:30-04:00 am.
the soi 23 venue is upstairs above suzy wong but was also closed down by the police the last 2 days at about 03.00 am, so this one seems to be gone as well!

manuel is right as well, just at the beginning of soi 23 there is an upstairs restaurant called 'love scene'. some patpongers tend to go there, haven't been there in the last 2 weeks but still seems to be operating in the after hours!
