ok guys, just to clarify, the old genesis was were the new contrizza (however u spell it??) restaurant stands.... the new Genesis is located at the end of the soi 11 right on the corner across from the fun house....
I was just there a few times recently and I feel that its been picking up lately. They got some new girls that I feel are comparable to the girls on soi 33. Infact, I feel some of the girls are better in comparison to the girls at the OFFICE BAR! Unfortunately, the only down side is that when the place gets packed, it gets a bit crowed. although, when it does get packed, the vibe is great (if u dont mind standing!)
The girls are told not to be so aggressive with the customers and about buying drinks. This is why sometimes customers feel the girls are a bit unfriendly. actually, they were quite friendly to me, as soon as you start talking to them. They never hassled me about buying them a drink. But if u want to keep them from going to another customer, then u better do so quick!
Overall, the girls just seem to have fun when the overall crowd gets going. if you have a nice girl and want to get a little alone time, you can always go upstairs and lay back on some hard couches! but at least its more private!
The music is hop-hop 100% of the time, it does tend to get loud sometimes but once again, when the bar fills up, the vibe in that place is great! Everybody starts dancing including the girls! There is always a few sexy girls dancing up on the bar. IMHO they look ass good as some of the coyote bars I go to! I also heard starting this month, Genesis will start to have their own professional coyote dancers (if there is such a thing) dancing nightly at the Genesis bar.
As for the Bar fines its is quite higher than nana and cowboy, but, its comporable to soi 33. on most nights its 1000-1500 baht depending on the hour of the bar fine. on fridays its the most expensive..3000baht before 12am. The manager said this becuz on fridays its the busiest night, but at the same time many customers bar fine a lot of the girls early so when other customers walk in later, she doesnt want an empty house with no girls...bad for business. so she kinda discourages the bar fines early on friday nights.
Actually, one thing great about this place is what another member had said. the girls dont get barfined all that often becuz of the higher prices, so when u do, or at least when I did, they seemed to be more fresh and in to it!!
I have gotten a few freebies as well but I made up for it by the drinks that I have bought for them. it seems the girls remember this, also if you take them out for a night out for dancing and parting, they also remember that. The take the whole experience as you as a customer into consideration in what they will end up asking for. If you just barfine them, then want to have sex, then you find that normal negotiating procedures has to occur....
The Drink Prices are a bit more expensive than nana or cowboy, but are about the same as soi 33. maybe a bit cheaper, depending on what u order.
One note I would like to add. I find this place a great place to go before my night out at Q bar or Bed Bar. Its right between the 2, so I can start early before Q bar or Bed bar ever gets going. have a few drinks, chat with the girls, then around 11 head for Qbar or Bed. If I have been having fun with the girls, then I might invite them to go as well (on a few occassions I have!). The the night really becomes fun!!!
anyway, give it a try, and look for the girl with the great pair of DD tits!! yikes!!! =0

Genesis is an unusual place for LOS. Bfs are 1000-3000 depending on the day, and often the girl will just ask for a tip after sex (if anything). After one visit you'll be expected to stay with the same girl. The place is too small and the girls have a code of honor not to steal another girls customer. What she really hopes for, is that you are her exclusive customer/bf while in LOS.

I understand that under no circumstances that all bar girls are alike, that is a given. I was just giving one perspective on a very large majority of the girls.
Second, please excuse my spelling as to my dependence on spell checker, and my inability to type.
