I agree with Lofty - I too have also said I only stay with lady 2-3 days otherwise I am worried I will fall in love. BG's do seem to accept this - especially in one bar where they have seen it happen to me before lol.

While I appreciate the above comments about service depending upon the customer, I would like to relate one experience from this week.
I selected a girl from DH, we sat and had a chat, I enjoyed her friendly company, we agreed terms and the BF was paid.
We departed for Country roads (soi19) for some music and a late supper for her.
Upon arrival at the hotel/apt things began to go downhill.
The lady fell asleep almost at once (she was not drunk) and after the third time her mobile rang, I held it to her ear to awaken her. She promply silenced the phone, smiled and went to take a shower. Upon her return to the bed, she was beyond inattentive.
I enquired if there was any problem. She said no, and made a half-hearted effort, but to be honest, I am not interested in sharing my bed with someone who clearly does not want to be there.
I asked her if she would prefer to leave. Her answer was "what will you pay me?"
Since no service had been rendered, I felt no payment was required. Just a write off.
She asked for the full fee, then that dropped to 1500, then 1000.
At this point, as a gesture of goodwill, I offered her 500 just to leave. She accepted.
Ok, not ideal, she was a real stunner, but I was put off by the scammer attitude.
The next night, I was encouraged to report this experience to the folks at the DH by a good friend with vast BKK experience.
I was willing to just write the whole thing off as an unlucky experience, nothing more.
At all events, I did go back to the DH and did ask about the situation.
It never got to a manager. One of the Mamasans (!) apologized and immediately refunded my barfine from the previous night after hearing what happened.
What can you say? Customer service. I was thanked for my feedback, really. They showed real concern that folks left the DH and had a good time.
For my part, I decided that the fair thing to do would be to spend that refunded money on drinks at the DH. Fair is fair after all.
Needless to say, instead of a seriously negative FR about girl #x, who´s name is XXXX, I can only report that it was "one of those things" that happen now and again, and that the management takes their customers seriously.

Too bad you didn't speak with the bar manager or owner, but how do you know that the mamasan didn't?
This sort of thing can happen anywhere, and I think you have a great attitude about it. Happened to me with a girl from Renoir recently. She never even took her clothes off, and then she wouldn't leave in the morning. In fact, I asked her what she wanted to do and she suggested that we go buy her a new phone! 
I sent her off with a stipend, as you did, but I didn't mention it to the management because no barfine was paid. And it was the girl's first night working in a farang oriented bar - thus the shyness, I suppose.
I digress...but I do agree that Darel and the management at The Dollhouse DO care that their customers have a good experience.

My point was, I did not need to see anyone higher up, it was resolved at the first level.
And yes, you DO pay them to leave!

Certainly letting her go when the situation is NOT working out the best choice. Even if it is past closing time, with no chance to return the faulty product to the store for a replacement.
And unless you complain to the store, you don't have any right to complain yourself, IMHO. Most good stores want to know about faulty products and do care about their customers. That's what brings the customers back.
The bar fine refund was a plus, but even if had not been refunded, at least you would have let the bar know you were not happy as you took your business elsewhere.
I say well done DollHouse.

I am in complete agreement. This is the way I have operated for almost 20 years in Thailand. However, in the Dollhouse this rarely works (for me at least). The good looking ones are too busy looking at themselves in the mirrors to make eye contact with anyone, and I have a suspicion that they are under instructions in the Dollhouse to wait for customers to select the girls by number... which is total crap. I would rather go to Shark Bar where the girls are friendlier and less obsessed with staring at themselves in the mirror all night.

Ran into an interesting scam at the Dollhouse last night. A girl approached me and indicated she was a "freelancer" meaning she danced only sometimes and didn't draw a salary. After she agreed to a 1000 baht ST, she came back and told me Mamasan wanted 1000 baht to bar fine her.
She said she would pay me back the 400 baht out of "her money" but I figured the drama would end up costing me much more than the original expected 1,600 baht (ST + BF). So I passed.
She indicated this money was to go to Mamasan as "corruption."
