My answers are entirely my own opinions which I don't expect anyone else to share. What I said was to discuss with her what it is you want to happen with her and also to find out what she is or isn't willing to do. We all know what the game here is. She knows, you know, the bar owner knows. However different games have different rules so why not take the time to be sure you know the particular rules for that particular game. After all it's your hard earned money so why be shy about letting her know that you prefer a BBBJ instead of a covered BJ. Finding out that she won't do that after you've paid the BF might put a bit of a damper on the rest of the evening. Anyway on to the questions. If all I wanted to do was take her to dinner I would tell her exactly that and if she agreed then I would pay the BF. If after paying the BF she changes her mind and doesn't want to go with me then yes I would go to the manager and complain and hope that they value my continued business enough to refund my BF. However if they say no then there's nothing more I can do about it because after all they did live up to their side of the deal. They released her from her duties at the bar for the rest of the evening which is all they are required to do when the BF is paid. I would hope that if enough people complain about her pulling the same thing on them that the bar would deal with her before she starts costing them customers, but that's up to them. I would be more then within my rights to inform the brothers here about her in order to try and keep them from going through the same thing I did, and whether you choose to believe this or not helping to prevent this happening to one of the other brothers would be well worth the loss of the BF (IMHO). However I did pay the BF for her to leave with me so if she wants to go with him and he wants her also then he should give me back the BF that he would have had to pay if he had gotten to her first. That's only fair right? If he refuses then I would expect her to reimburse me for the BF because she made the choice to go with him instead of me. If she also refuses then I guess I'm SOL ( No guys that doesn't mean that I'm going to Star Of Light to drown my sorrows, although  ). If that happens then refer back to #1. And you're right about me also ( AW MAN! ), I would tip them in the morning but it would depend on whether or not I enjoyed her "services". If I did I would probably give her at least 500 baht extra plus taxi money. If I didn't I would never refuse to give her a tip, but I would just give her the taxi money and allow her to believe that that's her tip. I was going to give it to her any way but she doesn't need to know that. As far as you tipping her or not, what right do I have to tell you or anyone when you can or can't tip someone. I always leave a tip no matter what. Nice tip for good service, lousy tip for bad service, but that's just me. This way if she knows that all I want is to take her out for a walk  then she has the right to say yes or no if she wants to try and find someone to take her out for ST or LT. The choice would be entirely up to her either way. When I talk about discussing "services" with the lady before paying the BF my specific use of the word services doesn't necessarily have to do with sex. If however she says that she can't charge me since we're only going to dinner I would tell her okay, but at least accept the money as a gift if she won't accept it as a fee. If she still refuses the money I would suggest she allow me to use it to buy her a present at least or take her shopping for food or something to take home with her after dinner. I think you also misunderstood the part when I said there was no tip in the morning. What I meant was that you've only payed for her BF, and given her absolutely no cash directly. I do think you would give her more than 500B for a LT, and I do think you'd have a problem with guys who don't pay anything to the girl because she did not make it explicit that the sex is not free. The point of this example was to show that we and the girls need to play by the same rules of fairness, honesty and trust.
You say "we all know what the game is", but that there are different rules. However, everyone agrees on the primary rule that BF'ing a gogo dancer means sex. This should never have to be agreed upon beforehand. When I BF a girl I don't make anything explicit, but I expect that when we get to the ST hotel there will be sex. I may prefer a BBBJ or showering together or whatever, but I don't demand it and refusal of any of those would not be a deal breaker. By the time I've paid the BF, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy whatever we end up doing so trying to get a firm contract on all services beforehand is counter productive for me.
