I was told by a few people you could not bar fine the coyote dancers, as they are contracted to that bar or as you say a few bars for the night dancing. Not sure if this is 100% (just as everything in LOS), but I am sure you could possibly set up something for after they are done for the evening.

I would be very careful not to threaten the kudos that these girls enjoy. They are coyote dancers and most have come to dance in the group's bars for the evening.The majority of them are not available like the majority of the go-go dancers or some of the service staff. They are seen in the bar as not 'working-girls', and a lot of them want to maintain that perception, whether it is true or false.
Sometimes you will get to bar-fine a coyote at a far higher rate or have to wait until she has finished her evening and stiill have to pay over the odds.
They are extremely young, most of them, and therefore considered by me to be out of my league, but if I were a young man intent on 'knowing' them better, I would be content with just gently obtaining a telephone number whilst in the bar and be prepared to play after the bar and away from it either that night or better still, to make an arrangement to meet on another night or even to arrange a meeting in the day to see a movie or go shopping or...........whatever may come.
It's rather like fly-fishing. A different technique is required to create the illusion that you are not an eye-bulging, drooling, beer-swilling, sex-starved foreigner with the sensitivity of a bull in heat.
Different strokes are necessary for different girls and a lot of these girls look a bit too near the nappy stage to me.
That alone should persuade you to fantasize elsewhere.
On the other hand, there are some who may be in their twenties and therefore the young man should not be deterred completely, but just know that some goods,although nicely packaged and possibly gift-wrapped, are not on the self-service shelves for anyone to take.

As usual your post is articulate and to the point. I have always been impressed by the "youthful exuberance” of the 'coyote dancers'. On occasion, I have bought them a drink, and inquired what they do during, and after their shifts.
I have usually received a positive response; that they will go out with me. Several times, I was asked which hotel I stay at? Then the conversation deteriorates. They may tell me that they have no I D. Or, that their sisters I D is actually now with their sister.
In other words, they are 'under-age! WOW! what a shock. I do not date these teenyboppers; I leave them for the 'cradle robbers'. But it is interesting how many are under age and working their 'butts' off in these clubs.

Well, Pegasus1, I only say that you must be young, handsome or oozing with charm ( and maybe with a little fat wallet protruding out of your hip pocket ) to get those young girls to be interested in you. But not all are interested in going with anyone, just as some dancers aren't.
But I am glad to hear that you don't run the risk of illegally going with an under-age girl. The penalties are not soft here in Thailand,especially for a foreigner, even if nearly as young as they are. ( No inference here that you are, by the way.)
Besides the point that they are under-age, and so making it statutory rape, it would be held morally wrong, if not highly irresponsible for any man to go with a girl who was not mature enough nor knowledgeable enough to know the meaning and the implications and the possible outcomes of such an interaction. The guy is taking advantage of a girl's naivete, ignorance and social unawareness.
For me, I am quite happy that the guys who bar-fine these under-age girls would be pursued, prosecuted and appropriately punished under the full force of the law.
What I would be even happier about would be for these bar owners, managers and mamasans to be equally pursued and punished for allowing such situations to occur in the first place.
