You apparently don't have the time for this polemic with thaiaficionado, because you spent so much of it writing your FR report "Barry White would be proud".
Having read that, I realise that the problem was not that she would not let you kiss her, but rather that she would not let you kiss her feet.
I would be interested to know what you had in mind when you said this:-

I think if one were to buy a car that turns out to have no engine, one is entitled to some complaining. I could take this much further with her, but as mentioned before, I feel for her kids.

Maybe you'd consider suing her for breach of contract if you'd had the foresight to agree one. As it is, I hope that your feeling of compassion towards her kids has been satisfied by trying your utmost to minimalise her earnings by posting this about her on the Forum.

I have no problem with you posting your problem with this young love child. Others do. It is a moot point now. What we need is a solution to prevent further occurrences. I can solve this problem for you. You like certain things from ladies but you do not like to discuss these ahead of time to see if they are possible. Solution: Give me 4K baht at the beginning of the night as well as a list of what you want these ladies to do. Point out the ladies for which you have an interest. I will come back with a lady that won't mention anything at all about negotiations or what she will or will not do. I will probably give you a sealed envelope to give to her prior to her departure the next morning. You get what you want without negotiations. PM me and I will meet you for your next foray. After all, what are forum brothers for.

I have had exactly the same experience with taking them to clubs, then back for the dirty deed. They feel the clock is running all the time!
I gave one girl from NEP a pat on the arse and THB 500 after showing her Q bar for 30 minutes.......she said we only had an hour left and the clock was basically running.
I also told her it included her taxi ride home! Amazing that the next time she saw me she apologised and tried to "make up"
Q bar has its own regulars, and has been already said, there are many BG's and MP girls who will meet you there after they finish work, if they do not have another punter.

I am spoiled by Filipina girls. My big mistake was expecting the same from Thai girls. My bad.
