My memory must be fading.... I've never known Nice Bar (I know the one in Soi 22).
J.B. Bar was before Las Vegas bar... but that was in my opinion much longer than 10 years ago.

Nice bar was where Shebas is now - shebas bought Nice bar and the shop next to it and combined into one.
Yes you are right - JB Bar became Las Vegas. JB was still around about 7 / 8 years ago (2001/2002) before its brief stint as Las Vegas.
Also just remembered that Dundee/Dandy bar also a couple of LB's hanging around there. No idea if they were on the payroll or freelancers, but they used to be seen flouncing around back and fore to the food vendors most nights.

I am bit puzzled about Midnight bar. Went there last time to barfine a lady I had taken out before. I had dinner and a nice evening for a long time GFE in mind so I did not want to waste time sitting around the bar.
