There was some confusion as to whether alcohol would be served on Sunday evening the 16th. For the record, on Soi Cowboy it was one more night of soda water, until midnight I guess. Some of the bars were closed. I didn't stick around that long, and judging by the few customers in Suzie's, neither did many other punters.
