but I think "opening soon" means that a bar is not yet completed and is currently not open, is closed, shut, dormant, obsolete, extinct

Genesis has been replaced with Diva in its place. The renovations look pretty much complete, and as TwinkleToes has observed there have been dancers spotted in there. They are about to open soon.
