Since this used to be one of my favorites, just stopped by AngelWitch last night to check out the show. It was decidedly underwhelming. Maybe it was the off season since the girls (mostly 6 or 7s) were very lackluster in performance and the shows were not fun at all. I remember when the show was fun. I also felt the service level has declined significantly since I was last there, first thing the mama-san did when I sat down was to ask for a drink for a girl, then right after wanted me to barfine her. I have not seen this degree of aggressive/pushy behavior at any other bars in Nana. The waitress went out of her way to be rude, very low class. IMHO

Angelwitch..... where do I start....
- Worse service: Waitstaff is not very polite
- Attitude problems: Girls are not as sweet as they used to be
- Mamasans: I like them, they are ok with me, always nice
- Lack of creativity: Shows are the same as last year
- Music: the only highlight of the club. Plus, the Thai DJ is great because you can ask him for songs you like and he'll play them.

I can't confirm any of these negatives from my visit a couple of weeks ago, and I was at Angel Witch quite a few times.
Wait staff was nice and helpful.
Sweet girls (though some edgy, in a good way, ones as well)
Shows have some new shows since shows from last year (or even a few months ago).
Not sure what your problem was.
