Seajohn... what can I say.... couldn't put it better, and certainly not so eloquently...
And thanks to everyone for opening my eyes to the pleasures of BG7 - I went there as a freshfaced newbie a few years ago and found it all a bit scary... some of the approaches and opportunities describes here have persuaded me to give it another go.....cheers!

I have never found it difficult picking up some FL at Gulliver's; didn't take any effort, as Tyfon suggests.
I remember two or three similar experiences, however, of a girl being pretty much useless in bed. (Not sure whether I picked any of those up at Gulliver's.)
So I told them to get dressed, that I'd give them 500 Baht for their trouble/taxi fare, and would they please "*ç%/" off. Every time they asked for a second chance - and then went off like bombs; really good sex. So maybe a bit of rejection does help...

Wanted to have a look at the refurbished Biergarten.
well this place has been a dump 15 years ago
and now it's still a dump, just worse.
Why would anybody on vacation or else go to such a disgusting place especially since there are hundreds of decent places around that area.
If anybody thinks because of the girls, well, think again.
From what I have seen today most of them are "over"expired and others either came out of a village brothel or have been working the fields too long.
In my opinion by far the worst place for fun, enjoyment, girls, food ( seems to come out of the same place where the toilet is situated, or at least close).
The music.....well not worth mentioning, too old for anybody to remember.

Geronimo must be talking about a different bier garden. Seems 100% improved since it's been refurbished. The girls their are a little older (and more experienced). The music is pretty good. He must be too old to appreciate the old rock and roll or to young to appreciate "good" rock and roll.

I usually stroll thru the Biergarten once every week or two. Occasionally actually sit down and have a drink or two (if I can find a seat at the bar). I would agree that most of the girls in this joint are not to my liking, but I have pulled a few that we more than acceptable. One of the major pluses for me in this joint is skin tone. Lots of dark skin in here, and that is my preference.
In addition I have had quite a few decent conversations with other guys in this joint. I know we typically don’t come to Thailand for the guys, but it’s good to have a decent conversation with a native English speaker every now and again.
Seeing as how this joint is usually pretty full of both punters and TG’s I would say that there are plenty of people that do not share your opinion of the joint – including me. Not tops on my list but not excluded from my list either.

A little critical on the place--the BG is place where you can meet up with people, not get pestered for drinks or bothered to get another one right away.
I think it may be the only place where you can have breakfast, go back to your room for a morning threesome with some 5/10 girls for 2000bht all the while having the memory of just hearing Rhinestone Cowboy by Glenn Cambell.
