soi33 girls are quite a different scene than the gogo's or the beer bar girls. Some of them are there full time but quite a high percentage are part-timers. I love these group of girls because they are less " hardened" and seem to really quite enjoy what they do. Most of them will go "LT" or "ST" if you are half decent looking with good attitude. All of them will give you their mobile# and then you can hook up with them later that night or some other time if you want to take a chance of not bf them. Other than places like CM2, these girls come as close to GFE as you will get in BKK. And you guys are right, the good ones get picked off quickly. Mamasan at the Office told me she routinely loses 10-15 girls a month due to "marriage", "mia noi".....etc. You snoop, you lose...........555555555. Enjoy.

Many are in Soi 33 for different reasons than the girls are in the gogo bars. One bar I used to go to (until they changed all their girls) was the Brick. Two weeks ago, I saw a customer in a Soi 33 bar run up a 8500 baht bar bill by buying three girls 15 shots of Tequila each! After each shot, he made each of them stick their tongue in his mouth for the lime. (After a few shots, the girls would go to the toilet after each shot to "clean up", but in reality, they were throwing up the Tequila - I know this because one girl tells me EVERYTHING that goes on in this bar.) One girl in this bar doesn't drink, but if a customer insists on buying alcohol, it is Tequila, which she immediately throws up in the toilet. This is tough work for some of them.
And there are the 20-30 barfines/month girls in Soi 33 as well.
My point is that there are all kinds of girls in Soi 33. Part of the fun is finding out which are which, and at Happy Hour (before 9pm), drinks are cheaper than in NEP.

Think any TG working [ soi 33 or anywhere] understands when she is barfined what she is up for ! 1500bt the usual bar fine, and likewise, Ive taken Guys there who have been really taken with a TG, paid the BF, and then added the same/2000bt after, and no problems, this was usually with Renoir or Monet Bars.

As a soi33 addict here is my point of view.
I usually pay the barfine (do not like the after 01am pick up)
and when it is a "new" girl (to me) I pay between 1500-3000, so a wide price-range, though I tend to stick more and more to 1 girl for quite a time.
About nice bars, first it depends on your tastes, musical etc...
Do you prefer big bars (with a wide choice) or smaller bars, are you there to pick up a girl or just to have some drinks during happy hour etc....
To me there is not a single "bad quality bar" (except demonia which is not a bar)
as I tend to prefer smaller bars I do not go a lot to Dali-Monet.
My advice, stroll through the bars till you find the one you like, if you are of the "butterfly" type then change everyday.
Just remember that there is a huge turnover so if you particularly like a girl (and if she appreciates you company and wallet) ask her mobile number.
