This time I met a Bacarra girl and qouted that S/T is 2K and L/T is 4K.
I persisted L/T for 3K but she told me that the mamasan won't let her do that. The mamasan controls the going rate and I think the mamasan takes 1K from 4K for L/T.

Wow, I must really be out of touch. A couple of years ago, I took a few girls out of there and I don't recall discussing payment beforehand and I'm pretty sure I didn't pay 4K. Except for one, who later refused to accept any cash as I'd somehow attained "boyfriend" status. But when I visited her upcountry in December, she accepted a more than generous donation without flinching. I guess that she needs the money, now that she's not working.
For "going" rates there, I'm not surprised, but I would be surprised if it's a hard and fast rule and if the mamasan has anything to do with it. That's not my idea of fun.

I think the girl was telling you lies, it is nothing to do with mamasam how much you pay the girl, her only concern should be that you pay the barfine and do not arrange a "private meeting" after the bar closes.

I tried to bar fine a girl from here about several weeks ago, and she insisted I have to get 3 drinks for her first and then to pay bar. She also asked me she wants 2000 bahts ST.
