Here is my bad experience in Shark Bar from this evening.
Spent about 3 hours in here and got blown off by two girls!
First was #179 - tall, slim with blond streaks in her hair. Started well initially with some nice gfe thro about 2 cycles of here dancing. Then on the third, as she was coming back to me- a guy stopped here right in front of me and offered to barfine her - and she agreed to it, all right in front of me! I couldn't believe it.
Second was #99 - tall, slim with long straight hair and a low fringe. This one was even worse. sat with me for nearly 2 hrs, we were playful and joked about quite a bit. we finally settle on a barfine (600) and I give her 1K and off she goes. I pay the bill, which included a couple of drinks for both girls. The next thing I know, the mamasan comes to me and says #99 has gone with another customer and gives me my 1K back! WTF!!
Is this how bars are run nowadays? at the risk of sounding bitter (I'm not but just alittle pissed off) - Cos, I'll never come back to this place and offer this place my custom. I went off and called up a previous girl who I spent a lovely night with.
I hope the Mamasana and/or manager of this place see this post and takes action to stop this from happening in the future.

Why shouldn't she? Unless you actually paid the barfine, she is fair game, and if the other guy decided to biff you (knowingly or unknowingly), the fault lies entirely with you.
The guy was probably waiting to see how your negotiations turn out, and when it was obvious that you were indecisive, he decided to take action to GET WHAT HE WANTS, before you had a chance to waste any more of her and his time.

This is actually quite funny, as I've done that before as well, just was on the side and met a girl who was already barfined, but she decided to want to go with me instead.
Until the girl's in the taxi, all options are on the table.
Again, in that case - you waste two hours of her time, until you settle on a barfine, which just indicates to the girl that you are tedious and most likely not worth it. Her other customer might have been a better LT customer, who she knows probably treats her better, or wants her for a longer time, etc...
Either way, the fault lies with you - this is no issue with the bar, or anyone else.

Although BK offers sound advice, you CAN have fun with the girl in the bar, just pay her bar fine first. I personally like hanging out in gogo bars with the girl in her street clothes after I have bar fined her, and, as long as TD doesn't show up, I am pretty much guaranteed to leave with her at that point. 
If you were hanging out with either girl for more than two dance cycles without barfining her, let alone two hours, then they were perfectly reasonable to question whether you were going to pull the trigger. I all too often shamelessly waste their time molesting them in the bar with no intention of bar fining them, and thus do not take it personally when they take the first bar fine that comes along. The rule is, bar fine them as soon as you sense it makes sense.
If you didn't reach that point, then no harm done. Next!
