Beer seems to be cheap in a go go bar. 80B-110B depending on where you go. However, there are times when you buy the lady drinks, and after an hour or so, and after rounds of drinks we see a whopping bill for thousands of bath. What was the most you have done and in what duration? My personal best was 5,000B in an hour in Patpong. (In HongKong, I did approximately 16,000 B in half an hour, but didn't have that much fun.) I have heard of stories where some guys managed to blow 30,000 B in a Moonshine Joint (Soi Cowboy). Give us your damage report!

Just discovered this board. I make the trip to BKK about 3 times a year 'cos you get a lot of bang for the buck (pun intended). Just a few days ago, I just had the itch to go out and visit a strip club that I haven't been to in a while. Basically, I stopped going to strip clubs after discovering the wonders of BKK and what my US$ gets me there. Anyways, I dropped the equivalent of 55,000 baht in about 90 minutes at this place.

Heck, the most money I've ever seen being spent in a strip club was about 8 years ago. I did a lot of business with a good friend of mine, and one day, his boss, the CEO of the company flew into town and wanted to paint the town red. I was invited to join him for the evening. The CEO (who had his bodyguard carrying cash for him) blew more than US$55,000 (2,420,000 baht) within the space of 5 hours that we were at the club.
Seeing that put a lot into perspective. For the first time in my life, I experienced "f_ck you" money.

I did that once in a NEP bar because a had an argument with one of the mamasans. So I thought it is a clever idea to barfine all their more or less nice girls at about 9pm leaving them with no girls and of course not much more business for the day. I felt cool paying something about THB 8000 for some 20 girls (bf was tsill at THB 400 at that time) but they probably had a laugh about "me stupid farang"!
