Everything behind the open air bars in cp is closed. Living room is still open as about all the open air bars. looks like cp is no more.

Yep, just walk a bit to make my usual research and had a beer at LIVING ROOM. The place is still gathering the usual clientele and few freelancers hanging inside. However, the area is getting empty little by little....

clinton is dead!
was in the delifrance yesterday, even there the ceiling scoming down already, no air con anymore!
living room also dead, the family mart closing this week and the restaurant besides already being dismanteled.
seems like another 2-3 weeks and the building will be demolished!

Clinton Plaza not to mention Soi 10, were not around long enough to be "institutions". The people STUPID enough to have invested in them, needed to be institutionalized. Really. Bangkok does not need more gullible farang winging about being cheated when they were operating businesses they:
1. could not own legally
2. Could not work in legally
3. Had no proper licensing and/or zoning was out of question
4. Leases if any were shoddy legal work at best written by the Thai version of Attorney Algonquin J.Calhoun.
I have small sympathy for those who do not do their homework and then winge when the world slaps them in their unprepared undefended faces.

HELLO ALL
I had one hell of a good time at the Living room sad to see it closing. With all these happening Clinton plaza closer. Soi 10 demolation dont seem theres to much action between Nana plaza and Soi Cowboy. Anyone think this will pretty much mean the end of the Thermae too ???? Next trip I think I am going to have to stay up near Soi 4 that seems to be where everything is now.Rock on guys
