I have heard some good things about toy bar at soi cowboy. I understand that it is a HJ bar. Can anyone give me a report on the girls, service and the price?

Toy bar is one of the classic grope bars.
Basically if you buy drinks for the ladies you get groped.. if they grope enough and you make a small mess then you should probably give the girl a few hundred baht for her trouble..
Sometimes in a group grope you just buy some drinks and give each girl B100 if they each share the burden ..
It can get more expensive than just going to Lolita's for a BJ, but is quite a bit of fun..
You can get out for B500 for this, but don't let the ladies talk you into too many drinks as they add up quickly.

I was in toy bar a few weeks ago. I was with a buddie, about 4pm. Just really looking for some aircon and a couple of beers.
There were about 8 girls in there and they were all over us. I was expecting the hassle and sometimes you gotta be pretty firm or the girls will you push you too much, and keep into you to buy more drinks. It can be fun, but can be too much.
At that time only two of the girls were 6/7's. Others were poorer.

I think "grope" is a bit of a misnomer. In most gogos and beer bars there is a little bit of groping going on; often over the clothes, but sometimes discreetly inside the shirt or pants.
"Diddling bar" is much more accurate for places like Toy Bar, IMO. At these places there is definitely skin on skin contact and most of it is done in the open (not necessarily visible to everyone, but at least in the open air and not a hand wedged into some tight jeans).

I don't think related.
You won't have any problems with pocket picking.
Toy bar is run by Sorn and Steve ( as is moolight joint, fannies and junle jim's).
All have the same 'HJ' treatment ....
