Hi toorist,
There are some places to check out. On Sukhumvit Soi 7 you can check out the Soi 7 Beer Garden or New Wave. Both open at about 11 am.
On Sukhumvit Soi 3, there is Bamboo Beer Bar (opposite Grace Hotel) which opens at 11 am.
Finally, check out Patpong Soi 2 (between Silom Road and Surawong Road). There are a few bars, and one claims to be opened as early as 9 am.

New Wave is in Soi 7 almost opposite to BeerGarden. This place has pool tables and always few girls that will keep you busy playing pool or offering an ST/LT. Good bunch of freelancers. I think the difference is mainly the pool tables....and the air con....
