The group that controls many of the bars in NEP (such as VooDoo) raised prices again starting tonight to TB125 for beer (Heineken). As we've seen before, when business is down in Bangkok's bar scene, "sound" economics dictates raising prices. Oh well......

Let's get fairly hammered at GT or other reasonable price places, go to NEP, order water to lighten up the headache tomorrow - and maybe get another head to work even better.... - check out who you want to go with, give her a lady drink or two, and take your preferred for the night out of there and have fun!

No f_cking way am I dropping 125 for a Heineken. Not only is it robbery, but remember what happened when Crown Group put beer prices up to 110 during the last "crisis"? They never came back down when the "crisis" had passed. These people need to be bitch-slapped this time around. Enough is enough. Time to hit Crown Group where it hurts.

I heard that Crown group, in response to the negative press about the crackdown, raised Heineken prices to kick off a new pension fund for retired sex tourists.
They take 15 baht from every beer.
You qualify if you have done 3,000 BG, or are over 59 years of age and only patronize Katoeys.
You guys are so inconsiderate.
