The main web site has a listing of most MPs and whether they are farang friendly or not. There are still some that refuse farangs or charge more.
Most bars are not that way, unless you go to an out of the way place. NEP, SC, Patpong all have open admission policies for farang. They do discriminate occasionally against dark skinned people (Indian in particular it seems). There are a few bars in Pattaya that don't let in Thai men because they're afraid they're police. Bully for them - they tend to have better shows.
