Have you heard of bargaining???
You are in Thailand.
Typically the mamasan will ask for an over the odds price but that doesn't mean you cannot negotiate it down.THe last time i was in the Doll House in Soi Cwboy the mamasan there quoted me 3000 and i said 1000 and the girl settled for 1,500 LT.
