opens 03.04.04.
considering that electric blue is my favourite haunt in pattaya, I will be there.
so I have to leave check-in 99 by 8 pm.

It better be good, it might give me an option to have fun and walk home afterwards. Patpong is in desperate need of new blood. Hope it will be followed by some improvments at other places.
And do not forget that the Pong is still a 'cheap' place to drink in general. Regular beers at 90 B in most bars.

Manuel.. you are right about new blood needed. Then again, I haven't been to the Pong for a while. It will be the first of the glitzier style bars if they follow Pattaya style. The only thing that's been happening in Patpong for the last 10 years is the expansion of the Kings Group and the place has shrunk - or is it just that I've got fatter.

Sorry, did not make it to the opening night.
Went today and to my surprise the place was closed! Passed around 9.30PM and again around midnight, no lights and nobody around.
Anybody knows what is the story here?

was there at opening night. with expatchuck, BK, tricyclops, oldspice, griffin.
dunno why they are closed?? maybe opened to long?? maybe some licenses missing??
was lively, no special lasses, the shows were brought from pattaya, however, worth a visit if open.
