Hate all those bright & noisy go-go bars. Anyone knows where I can go for quiet drink in dark bar with gals there for groping?  Thanks.

Cowboy as a rule is best for this..
Try Toy, Jungle Jims, Moonshine, Fannys and a few of the other small bars .. groped you will be .. noise level is not as high, nor is the light level .. you will be unable to see for awhile so get your bearings before you start buying those lady drinks..
Afterskool is sort of a grope bar.. they don't do as much at the "bar" but the "naughty boy corner" can be fun.
At NEP, Rosemary and Spider's web are spotty. At one time Rosemary was one of my favorite bars.. then the bargirl quality went way down and I quit going.. these are on the second floor on the right.. old bars, been there for years..
In fact, the only bars that have existed at NEP since I have been going there are on the second floor (3rd floor had no bars) .. Woodstock, Rosemary and Spiders were on one side .. Casanova, DC10 and the others thru Hog's Breath were on the other side..
There was one small bar down where obsessions is now and the rest of the ground floor was restaurants, beauty parlor, etc..
It has changed a great deal more than Cowboy over the last 15 years.
