Where exactly is Morning Night Bar? I think it is somewhere Suk/Soi4, is it near Blue wave.
Can anyone say if this bar is worth a visit?

They are all worth a visit, especially the ones that front the street on soi4 as the nightly view is a new wonder of the world.
I think it is the first bar on the left as you walk into Soi4 from Sukhunvit.

Isn't this the bar on Soi 4 about 20 meters before you turn into NEP? Never been in there but a BG told me that her Falang BF (euphemism for sponsor!) drinks there sometimes....!

As soon as you start down Soi 4 (Nana) from Sukhumvit, it's the first bar you'll see on your left. It's elevated a bit, so you've got to climb a few stairs to get up inside.
great tunes (Rock), cold beer, hot FreeLancers, and billiard/pool
they open early as well, I was there at 2pm on a Saturday and the place was 3/4 full with freelancers, and half of those were doable...
edit/add :
and to answer the original question, DEFINITELY worth a visit.
A mate of mine was practically celebrity there after 3 years of BKK life,
but he and I enjoy the same style of tunes and TG/BGs...

Good place that morning night. THE place to have the first beer of the night when you're waiting for you friends to show up. Watch the people (girls) walk by. You can also play the first game of pool. This also works with the first cup of coffee in the morning. I think this place used to be a pizzeria. What an improvement, I can eat pizza in my hometown.
EDIT: coffee in the late morning/early afternoon that is, don't expect it at 0830.

Sortof, it was Quick Food and had a range of fast food (hence the title) and pizza was def' on the menu. I have been there many times, it was a good place to have a (cheap) beer and watch the BGs arriving for work. This place wasn't just for eatin' in! I'm sure all this and more is available at Morning Night.

best place to watch the BGs of NEP arrive is at Lucky Luke's (LL).
You can also get a nice long gander at them as they walk by, while morning-2-night its a little more remote...
The option at morning-2-night is to get a ringside seat, but I think this would be tough, as every time I've been there the punters and FLs are lining the front of the bar.
I guess you could pick a FL you like and then take her position on the outlook spot...

What I prefer about Morning Night is that it's actually on soi 4 and not the corridor leading into Nana plaza. You can see the BGs but you can also see the weird old farts strolling by and wonder how long it's going to be before you fit that description. I'm giving myself 19 years.
True, it doesn't have the advantage of being able to see the foot traffic from everyplace in the bar, but in the afternoons you can usaully find a "ringside seat" like you said. If you get hot, move to the back and you can feel the AC better.
The downside is after you've been chatting to the girl you're inevitably with it's a little awkward to get up and run out of the place to chase some cutie down the soi.
Another good people watching joint is the open air restaurant next to New Wave on soi 7. After a long flight, hotel check-in, and shower, a variety of Thai food and inspirational views are in order. I feel sorry for the little boys who want to shine my shoes for 10 baht when I'm wearing sneakers.
