In general:
Patpong 500 baht
Soi Cowboy 500 baht
Nana 600 baht
Beer bars 400-500 baht
Soi 33 - 1,200-1,500 baht (a few bars have decreasing rates depending on the time)
Soi 7/1 - 500 baht
Genesis (Soi 11, the last RT venue) - 1,000 baht
Upscale cocktail lounges (eg Exotica/Violin) - 3,000 up
But then again there are:
The Robinson (when is that f***ing bus coming) Parade
The Thermae Sidewalk Show
The Nana (who's that blocking my car) Parking Festival
The Sukhumvit (Are you really a girl) Exhibition
Of course... all of them without barfines!

For what it is worth in 2003 I paid 700 baht barfine for a show girl from Rawhide who was doing shows in both Long Gun and Rawhide that night. Can't tell you her ST LT prices I just took her to dinner with her sister who was my GF at the time. My guess though would be 2500-3000 ST. Enjoy.
