So I did Google and found that Dublin (that's in Ireland) is probably your best bet..

Prices are not too bad.Most places that sell Guinness are doing it at 160B a pint which is cheaper than the Uk.
Personally I think you're better off with Singha

Soi 7, off Sukhumvit Road, just before the infamous Beergarden you will see a pub called The Winking Frog owned by an English guy. Cheap pints of Guiness up to about 7pm I believe.
