Seems like this place (the scene of a RT some months ago) has closed up and moved to much smaller, but trendier, premises at the bottom of the soi, opposite Corner Bar.
No doubt the old venue will be turned into something completely original like a Thai Restaurant or massage place. Because, let's face it, the area needs more of those.
Genesis never really seemed to click. I hear it was popular a few years ago with Bkk uni kids but the new social order has put paid to that. I think the night the RT turned up en masse was likely to be one of their best nights of the last year.

It was actually a paws-on investigation. I was in the RT and bros who knew the place better told me that this as the first time they saw the ladies so hurried.
Everybody was buying drinks and the cashier almost shoveled money aside.
What comes to the ladies, nice looks and good figures was seen there.

Why not a tailor then? 
I've "met"on bkkchat a girl who later ended up working in this pub part-time with her law study at the infamous Ramkh univ,really cute and just fresh on the scene from Kalasin.Then she upgraded to soi 33.
So I had to pay a visit quite forced,all I can say that was a nice place inside,lez say not just the usual
barstool + pool table deja vu! IMHO
mix it with girl's thematic uniforms +nice music+quite pleasant outdoor+ the great location I wonder what's wrong with that...and others bar/massage on the same soi, maybe a curse? what about the korean sauna's ?are they still alive?

I thought the place had a nice feel. Kinda like a Soi 33 bar. And the girls were good, too. The one I hooked up with (from Korat) during the roundtable was very affectionate, but when the time came to make her CGFutureWife#37, said she did not go with customers. After hours, OldArmy saw her walking on Sukhumvit with her farang boyfriend (lucky guy). OldArmy and I went back the next night, I think, to try and break through her armour. No dice. 
I don't remember her name (unless I screw them, I forget their names easily).

Not even uni kids - high school kids! Seriously, it was packed with teenagers from the international highschools (RIS, NIST, ISB, EIS) every Friday for a while, it was 200B with free whiskey until 11pm or something. That was about 4 years ago. Funny scene really, a very colorful mix of half thais, farangs, indians, and pretty much every possible shade of the spectrum of human skin tone.. With the usual highschooler antics of getting way too drunk, throwing up, puppy love, turf wars, etc. Some real hotties but I guess even at 23 years old at the time I was too old for that scene as I didn't have any luck.

I liked the feel of the place. Used to stop in as I usually stay at GP. Problem was hot girls but many not on the game and prices for drinks and food high. Always felt a little underdressed when I went in there in my normal BKK casual also.
