I think Carosel on 3rd floor on left does.

the short time room is on the third floor by the lifts.
(left hand side as you come in )
As far as I know its the only one.

theres 3 short time hotels in the plaza one on third floor left side buy the stairs. 2nd one is at the entrance to exotica in the stair case between 2 and third floors. 3rd on the 3 rd floor right side of the plaza between carnival and cascade ( the black glass doors ). none in a bar but close enough.

wasn't aware of the other two ST hotels (I know about the one near the lifts on the 3rd floor). How is the quality of the other two, and are they owned by the same people?

The one on the top floor (top right hand corner, when viewed from the entrance to NEP) charges 300 Baht. You get an OK room, clean sheets, shower unit and a couple of towels with that.
I'm not aware of the other two.

I think the on on the far right hand is called Taboo Hotel. The major weakness in my opinion is that there is only one toilet, which is all the way down the floor.

Hey all,
let me add more to this, the nicest of the three in my opinion is the one on the top floor that most girls take there coustomers to you can buy beers/drinks at the counter and of course condoms@20bt, clean towels soap and a shower, 300 bt. next to the lifts.
2nd best is in the same place but entrance is acually at the exotica entrance in the stairs, Where the girls are blocking the stairs, start to enter exotica and go up the firts 2 steps and before you walk through the curtain make a right and go up the staircase. same price 300bt 20 bt condoms 2 towels and soap and shower.
3rd one and yes it is called taboo is 250-400 bt ( never figured why the price would change but ?) but older inside and dosent give the clean and safe feeling of the others, when I found the other 2 I never went back to taboo.
oh by the way the reason most tg's take us to the other is because they used to get a 50bt kickback.
3 different owners/
All have air-con
