I have only been to the more laid back Washington Square and QP bars in the afternoon. What happens come nightfall? Still quiet or more lively? What are the BF and ST fees - or are these girls FL?

From what I understand, anything goes (day or night) at these places.
Haven't been to Queen's Park this trip. Given what I saw last trip, it is probably as dead as last week's Mackerel.

NYMICK, Koolbreeze and I went to Queens Park Plaza, Soi 22. It was a Monday night, and I expected it to be completely dead.
Turns out it wasn't. Any bar that had the World Cup on seemed to have at least 2-3 guys in them. Those that didn't were dead. Considering the economy, I was impressed by the number of people there on a Monday night.
I wasn't impressed by the quality of girl. We looked at all the bars and then adjourned to Washington Square.
Stopped at 52 Bar. One punter there, who had run up a 600+ bar tab. Not easy to do when lots of drinks are 60bt. Bar smelled of mold. There were 6 girls, and the bar was small. NYMICK had "other pressing engagements" and left. We left soon after and went to the Silver Dollar.
You can just see the Dubliner from the front steps of the Silver Dollar. Cokes 60bt. Place is kind of horseshoe shaped. 11 girls, 2 guys. We watched JPN play CMR on the TV. When it ended we left.
Nothing very exciting going on at any of the places we visited. Decided to go to Cowboy to finish the night.

I've always considered QP Plaza to be a great starting out place. I like to go there in the afternoon and hang out at Players Bar. They have a pool table (I think its 20 baht per game), and my buddy and I like to shoot against each other, and occasionally challenge the girls at the bar. Pam, the owner, is a friend from way back, but she rarely shows up since she has a young daughter now.
My buddy spotted a couple of cute girls over at Rumours Bar nearby, so we settled up and went over to have a drink there. The mamasan was really grumpy, and the girl that my buddy was trying to chat up was acting like she was PMS also. We decided to drop in the massage place next to Rumours, and that was time well spent. Hour long foot massage, with the massage girls running to get us beers every 15 minutes.
We went to Titanium for a while, but it was too early for the band, so we went around the corner to Tina Bar. That's our favorite. (Discussed uder the Tina Bar thread).
One of the best things about QP Plaza is the food at Ban Beer in the very back of the plaza. Great food at cheap prices. I discovered it years ago when I was taken there by a girl I had BF'd. Eat where the girls eat, and you won't go wrong. (except for the bug carts...)

Needed a change last night so I did the rounds on soi 22...it's better if you go a little later, I hit it at around 9 pm I think. Went to Tina Bar for the first time...okay, but nobody I was really excited about. Great reception there if you speak Lao, haha!
Also went to one of the bars in the maze of Queen's Plaza, can't remember the name...some okay girls in there. Then I did 52 Bar, was the only customer in there, they had my cock out in no time (about 6 girls on me, I bought a drink for everyone in the place, no big deal at 80 baht x 8), and got some sucking for a 100 baht tip (didn't cum).
I really struck paydirt at the last place I hit, one of the bars on 22 right near the Sukh intersection, took two big-butt Buriram Khmer girls who f***ed me and each other all night, slapped me around, abused me, good stuff!!
