I was going to do somewhere in Cowboy tonight, Thursday, but it was dead and there were about 6 cops at the Asoke entrance. So I decided to hoof it to NEP and visit Billboard instead.
Billboard is new since my last trip. The layout isn't very good if you want to watch all the girls. Bar tables in the middle, carousel on the left as you enter, and the bath tub on the right. Very hard to position yourself to watch both.
After a short period of time I figured out there was no real reason to watch the carousel girls. Carousel slowly rotated so you could see all the girls even though they didn't move. More than 25 girls at times, but the quality just wasn't very high. However, the bath tub girls were another matter. Some of those girls were very, very hot.
The bath tub girls, 2 shifts of about 5 each, started out topless and in bikinis. Some very active dancers. Later they stripped off the bikinis, but used the soapy suds to hide their "strategic assets". As I said, some really hot girls.
About 9pm they started having some shows on the carousel. Nothing of real great interest, and the girls still weren't up the the quality of the bath tub girls.
My diet coke was 130bt. I don't know what LDs were, since the bath tub girls didn't make eye contact. While very active dancers they seemed to be dancing to watch themselves. Okay with me.
If you are in NEP this place is certainly worth a visit. The average girl isn't up to the quality of Mandarin, but a couple of the bath tub girls are worth ogling.

"Let's go to Billboard," said my companion for the night. Nothing in the layout seems to have changed from the earlier avatar. But last night the show was excellent. I was thinking "so this is where all the girls with hot bodies have disappeared to." There were a couple of girls looking`like ladyboys but my girl shook her head firmly and said they're girls. So they were. The nude shows are enticingly hot although the lesbian acts, I felt, could do with a bit more action. Drinks reasonable at 140 baht. Worth the time.
