This is just personal choice. In my opinion, Long Gun probably has the best girls. As for the room, you can take them from there and they will normally recommend you a nearby short time hotel. Some bars such as Moonshine Joint, Fanny's or Midnite Bar have their own short time rooms upstairs.

Another bar which has short time rooms is The DollHouse. The room is free. Just pay the bar fine and get your girl upstairs.
