Hi,
Although this goes against my better judgement I will give location to a few known Numbered Hotels. These hotels all have girls working in them, prices are 300-500 Baht for 2-3 hours. The girls are mostly underage and there is an high risk of catching something nasty there, but for the sake of public knowledge here it is
Location:
Hotel 108 on Petchaburi Road, it is kind of across the road from the Wireless (witthayu) road junction going towards the freeway fly-over. It is on one of the side sois, there is quite large sign so you should not miss it.
Hotel 28 on Thanon Vitsukasat near Samsen Road and across the road from the Bank of Thailand. It can be easily reached by the river ferry just get off at the Vitsukasat pier and it is a short walk down the street, however the ferry does not run after dark.
Hotel 88 is on Samsen Road north of Hotel 28 if my memory serves me correct. If you go the other way down Samsen Road towards the New World shopping center at Banglamphoo, I think in Samsen Soi 4 (or 2) just before the bridge over the Khlong there are also a number of these Hotels.

this is a very old topic (2001)
but I would like to reply, giving a more precise indications about the locations of both hotels : "Hotel 28" and "Hotel 88" and ask some questions about this hotels.
Well in last december 2004 I was in this area so I noted exactly the location :
take the chao praya express river, stop at thewet stop (in think number 15) you are on thanon Krung Kasem (the river at your back), walk few minutes and you arrive at a main cross road, turn on right in Thanon Samsen. Before to reach the big round about with the big Bank of Thailand building on your right, on your left (Thanon Samsen) soi 10 you will see the entrance of Hotel 88. But if you keep walking to the big round about, you will go in direction of Hotel 28 which is bigger. Just after the Bank of Thailand, walking straight you will have to cross the Thanon Wisut Kasat, then turn on right (in thanon Wisut Kasat) and quickly on your left you will see the Hotel 28. This hotel have a second entrance on Thanon Samsen close to the soi 7.

question about how to become customer of these place as I rather know many many places of different kind in bkk and I would like to experiment some "non commercial" tracks that why I would like to try numbered hotels : I know that farangs are really apreciated but there must be a solution or a special attitude that can help :
hotel 28 :
as I was walking inside hotel 28 parking equiped with curtains as explained on this website. I did a round inside the parking, I joined the second entrance and come back, may be some eyes saw me and didn't appreciate my "inspection". I was met by a "really non smiling" thai middle aged man who said to me that the hotel was full and as I said it wasn't he replied it was fully booked for one month... wow I had to quit. But I am sure that girls were available there (i saw some coming inside the building), so somebody can confirm it to me and can explain how to act to get in, don't be kicked out (to speak thai is not required as the... agressive pimp (?)... had a fluent english...), and make the pimp confortable as in many nightlife places and so on.
hotel 88 :
well 3 times smaller, same parking equiped with curtains. The guy don't speak english. But was quite welcoming. He made me visit some decrepit room. He said no girl, only room. I saw one thai man and a thai lady (not a girl) who did not seems to be married (but a little bit worried and misterious...) arriving by taxi and waiting for a room... well same question : are girls available there abd if yes how to make the "pimp" confortable ? anyway this one was not agressive as the other one...
It would be good if somebody can give another precise location with a "success" story. I know there are many but one user manual should be helpful.

Of course underage p4p is not my research,
and of course I ban it too
my purpose is how to get inside non farangs places like this
as it is a little challenge if you are a farang and wanna go where farangs are not welcome, but knowing the rules the problem can be by pass I guess.
as I said I tried many kind of places in bkk and in the country, so I wanna try.

I don't know anything about underage nor do I care to.
I'm enterring something here about these hotels, brothels I guess, because I did have a success story at one... of sorts.
I had an experience one strange night 18 months ago. Not to get into too much personal detail but that night I split up with a girl and I didn't feel too good about it. So I drank a couple beers, got tipsy--it was after midnight and I think at that time it was a phase when Bkk entertainment zones were closing early. I hailed a tuk tuk and like an ass started going on to the driver about my problems. I told him take me somewhere where there's drinking and chicks. He was a young guy, nice guy. First he takes me to that cruddy place on Narathiwat soi 1 that seems to be open all night. People go there after Patpong shuts down, or they did then. We both went in and had a few beers. Naturally I was picking up the bill. I was getting loaded. One of his friends came over and we all talked. I don't normally hang out with tuk tuk drivers as far as I know! But I was this night apparently. Anyway next thing I know I'm trying to drive his tuk tuk down the road--I'd told him I wanted to try. I wasn't extremely successful. Drunken antics I cannot recommend. What's next? Somehow we met up with 2 of his friends, one had a car. So now we're in the car going somewhere. Must be 2am. I am asked if I want alcohol or sex. I say sex. So we go down Phayathai road, almost up to Petchburi. We pull into a side soi on the right. I do not know the number. We walk into the soi. It's more like an alley. On a corner in it in front of a shophouse is sitting an old chinese man in a wooden chair. We walk up and he looks at us and we follow him in. Up some rickety stairs. One guy asks him how much. Old Chinese looks at us and says 1300 baht. That's for all four of us and I say I am picking up the tab. How do you divide 1300 by 4, I don't care. So we go to a room with long wooden benches. There is kind of a small fishbowl in there but no one in it. Instead here walks out about 20 girls and stand in a semi circle. I get first choice, but my eyes are screwy from beer and it's kind of dark, I do my best. Me and her go to a room. It's like a dingy hotel room with bathroom. I shower, yuck. We do it, but I'm reminded somehow of the girl I'd just broke it off with and so I stop and talk to her about it. It's tragic. A nadir, obviously. Too make a long story short, she gave me her number. I did give her a call and her come over a week later. Nice girl. We talked once or twice after that. Nothing much came of it. Anyway, the point is I was with some Thai guys when I went in so maybe that would help you if that's possible.
But I'm sorry, I didn't see any numbers.
An acquaintance of mine did about the same thing about 6 years ago by asking a tuk tuk driver, "Where do you like to go?" Maybe that's a technique for you. But didn't turn out so well for him. He said he was taken to sort of an underground brothel (under a building? he couldn't recall.) But in that place girls were tied to the bed and he didn't want to do nothing there except pay for the tuk tuk driver to get laid, which he felt he ought to for some reason. These girls he said had their arm tied to the beds by a long rope and seemed happy (?!) and waved at him and chatted (?!), not spread eagle as the image comes to mind. Wierd story. Anyway, I'm not suggesting anybody try to find that at all, it is disgusting to me, but I report it's out there if anybody thought it wasn't, so one should be careful with this kind of exploration. Not to get on a sunday soapbox here but it's probably not a good idea to patronage a place with stuff like that in it.
It could also be conceiveably dangerous to let tuk tuk drivers or anyone else take one to strange places. I understand there's violent crime in Pattaya against farang tourists some times or instance, so take care, play safe.

Short-time hotels.. it takes a while to start noticing them but when you do, boy, they are all over the place.
The stretch of Phayathai Rd between Sri Ayuthya Rd and Rang Nam Rd has a few. (One of them is called Hotel 99 and has a sign visible from Phayathai Rd) The first Soi off Sri Ayuthya Rd, parallel with Phayathai Rd (going towards Pratunam, behind Siam City Hotel) has a few more. If you turn right on Rang Nam you'll see 2-3 more before you hit Pratunam. One of them is called Hotel Picnic, a sign in Thai is clearly visible from the road.
They all have courtained stalls. I haven't used any of their services but if anyone has any intel I'd like to know.
To get to the area you can take BTS, get off at Phayathai Station, and head towards Victory Monument.

I guess most of the places are just what they seem to be. Short-time hotels their only service being having a bed/room with space for the car in front.
They are everywhere. The question is if some of them provide girls as well.
I ended up at Phetburi 108 once at 5am in the morning. Cant remember why. I was offered girls not very pretty. Price cant remember but it was expensive. 300-500 Bath. Forget it.

These are all over thailand - they are for thai guys to take a girl to - very rare for them to have girls there, or if they do, it is usually a tired, older, cleaner short of cash. the curtain is so the wife/P.I. cant see if hubby's car is there.
