Hi Kanchana,
Gogo bars will remain open till Ý1 am or so. Discos go on till 2 am. After 2 am, most places are closed. The last resort after 2 am is Grace Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 3, a bit of a "Night Safari" there.  Check out the Coffee Shop downstairs.

You get all kinds there. Some are nice, some a bitches. 
If you get in just after 2 am, you will find lots of them walking in from other bars that have just closed. That seems to be the best time. The girls are mainly bar girls, some are freelancing for extra money, who could be salon girls, sales girls and sometimes students.
Yes, negotiations are mostly private.

Best days, are Mondays and Wednesdays (Ladies night) and
