A nice California white Zinfandel, is a good idea, they like sweet and also like alcohol.
Some electronics are cheaper in the US, I have picked up used Gameboy game cartridges that went over big.
Most of my other gifts are expensive.

I usually buy the girls something made in my home country and not available in Thailand. (kinda makes it special). I like to get them stuff from Victoria Secrets. For sweet girls I would pick up some nitghtie stuff they could model for me!! A good generic gift for, say just a friend, I will pick up some shower cream and body lotion from VS and that usually goes over pretty big. You don't have to spend a great deal of money, but getting them something small tells them you are thinking of them and the dividends pay well. ls

Best gift!
Tiffiny & Company (no stores in LOS) has a heart shaped necklace designed by Paloma Picasso. It comes in gold, white gold, platinium, or silver. The silver one is $59.00. Wrapped in a tiffiny box and white bow.
Works everytime. Even with American chicks.

Colorado Rockies jerseys seem to go over well. 
Seriously, they love clothing that has logos. T-shirts, etc. Or good quality shirts. Look around when you are riding the BTS, see what girls are wearing.
What you buy outside Thailand will likely be of better quality. Next time you are in a discount department store and see shirts on sale, buy a bunch of small sizes (or boys medium and large) and keep a stock of them. Then, you can produce them and say "I brought this from Amereka just for you". I gave Mist a shirt yesterday that I bought months before I met her.
If yu have a favorite girl, make sure you know what colors they like. For example, NanaHottie would not wear yellow or purple, and Dew will never wear green.

But first, please check and make sure the shirts were not made in Thailand !
