Notice how things change from that first visit...some subtle and some not so subtle differences.
This is my list of things:-
1. Its not uncommon to be addressed first in Thai rather than English.
2. The girl's talk about their other customers and drop most of the "you hansum man" banter.
3. The touts hardly even try and the beggars look past you to the next guy.
4. You measure rip-offs not by the number of attempts but by the level of sophistication.
5. The lottery ticket sellers see you as a potential customer.
6. When you walk into a go-go instead of a girl grabbing you they just bring over the Happy Hour drink pricelist.
7. Nobody asks how much "phet" is okay in your food.
8. The taxi driver always turns on the meter.
9. Nobody looks surprised when you speak Thai.
10. You can spot a "Newbie" girl in any go-go by the way she acts.

Untrue.
You actually spend less on ST LT as you actually move from BG to "Normal" kinda girl so you do not end up spending money on a shag though it might end up much more expensive at the end.... lol

Actually you no you are a regular when the hookers dont even quote you a price - just sleep with you and expect you to subtly pay them the going rate.
